Working with the Universities, Students' Unions, Sheffield City Council and Private Landlords we work to ensure that the Students of The University of Sheffield have the best experience possible living in private sector accommodation across Sheffield.
To help us understand the Student Market a little better we're looking to understand a little about what matters most to the University of Sheffield to help improve the service and information that we offer to not only our Students but Private Landlords.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to registerd Students at The University of Sheffield and who provide their Student Registration Number email address at the time of completing the survey.
2. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. By submitting your personal information you agree that Smart Move Sheffield may make contact to follow up on any specific points raised as a part of the survey.
4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the Housing Survey 2020, provide your Student Registration Number and email address. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at smartmove@sheffield.ac.uk with "Housing Survey 2020" in the subject line.
5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
6. Smart Move Sheffield accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Smart Move Sheffield.
7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 12pm (Noon) on TBC March 2020. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on TBC March 2020.
9. The winner will receive a £100 Amazon Voucher. There will also be five runner up prizes of a £10 Genius Voucher.
10. The winner will be notified by email on or before TBC March 2020. If a winner does not respond to Smart Move Sheffield within 14 days of being notified by Smart Move Sheffield, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Smart Move Sheffield shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Smart Move Sheffield shall be entitled to select another winner.
11. The prize can be collected in person from the Smart Move Sheffield Office. Valid Photo ID will be require to release any prize. Genius Vouchers will be added automatically to Genius Accounts.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. Smart Move Sheffield retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
