Business Hours
Our business hours remain the same: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
No face-to-face appointments
We are not currently offering face-to-face appointments, during this unprecedented time, and the team are working remotely most of the time.
Our housing and house-hunting advice service remains in place, so please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email if you need any help. If you need a contract for a registered property checking, please send us a copy of the agreement by email.
Landlords with registered properties will also need to contact us remotely whilst the office remains closed to visitors. We can chat to you over the phone or discuss via email.

Students and landlords can continue to access our website as normal - we are updating our Coronavirus FAQs page on a regular basis and all sections of the website will remain fully functional throughout.
Landlords can continue to log in to Studentpad to make amendments to their properties and register for 2021/2022.
